Whoever coined the phrase "time flies" certainly had all the trappings of a good philosopher. Indeed, time flies. After three glorious years here, adieus it is now to our apartment which had looked after us so well.

I am gonna miss the sensational views of the splendidly lit Tokyo Tower, the snowy pinnacle of Fuji-san on a clear day, the sympathetic white nightingales at the clinic upstairs, the gregarious Kambayashi-san of the reception with his keen knowledge of Tokyo restaurants and even the newly-minted neighbouring skyscrapers...
