One Order Of Okonomiyaki Coming Up...
The idiom, too many cooks spoil the broth does not ring true here. With a hot griddle smacked right in the centre of every table, Pasutakan encourages participation from one and all. The Japanese being sticklers for rules, have the whole operation down pat. Laminated copies of step-by-step instructions with idiot-proof illustrations ensure that you cannot fail in your quest. An hourglass, fastidiously catered for by the management, provides that last line of defence so that you can neither under or over-cook your okonomiyaki. Although this chain restaurant has a decor that is as vapid and colourless as it possibly can get, overall it does serve up pretty decent okonomiyaki that is easy on the wallet. Plus this is really fun food personified!
