Sweet, Sour, Spicy

Often I imagine how a dish should taste like and attempt to conjure it up within the confines of my very limited culinary skills. Tweak it with a little bit of this and a little bit of that and usually it turns out pretty decent. At least, so far, so good.

Here, pickled green chilli is added for a piquant crunch. For a fiery kick, in comes my usual diet of chilli padi. A healthy dose of juicy sweet baby tomatoes is also added to refresh the palate when it becomes too hot to handle!
