Rustic Marni...

I love the idea of bonding with your gal pals over shopping. Sharing the same passion in the above mentioned activity is, of course, a pre-requisite. But it is not as straightforward as one might think. You will also need to acquire a certain comfort level with each other and share the same ability to yak about anything under the sun. Afterall, we are talking about long, laborious hours spent prowling the shopping malls for those prized buys! So, you do need those girlie talks to prep you go when the going gets tough...


This Marni necklace was the result of a "bonding session" with fashion-savvy Joanne. It was on sale at a steal and we pounced on it like some bloodthirsty hound. Thankfully, they had two in stock and we were both able to walk away jubilant with our new wardrobe additions;)
