I am no ramen fan but will happily oblige friends who die-die must devour some steaming hot noodles while in Japan. Hmmm, come to think of it, I have strong suspicions that it is because I gave away the coveted roast pork slices that I am officially the "popular" choice for these ramen ventures!
This ramen is from a random nondescript joint in Shinjuku. I was quite intrigued by the fine print on the seaweed as it gave a quick overview of the different soup bases on offer.
Presentation: full marks.
Taste? Nothing to lure the dies-hards from Ippudo and Ichiran
