To Touch Your Heart...

Dim Sum or Dian Xin as known in Mandarin, literally means to touch your heart. This delightful phrase is well coined as the innumerable assortment of delicacies is bound to bring delight to one's palate...

Poached chicken with spring onion dressing & Century egg with pickled ginger

Pan-fried radish cake, Deep-fried shrimp dumplings, Cuttlefish balls & Steamed shrimp dumplings

Had a spur-of the moment dim sum lunch at Karin with a good friend, Sey, yesterday. The babe looked gorgeous and the dim sum was yummy! We were simply devouring these intricately crafted delicacies like two ravenous beasts! And due to the utmost concentration given to this mouth-watering spread, I had forgotten to take photos of the main noodle dish and the dessert...Sorry folks, will try to do better next time...

Though Karin is not my top pick in Tokyo for Dim Sum, it is still definitely worth a detour for its winning combination of attentive service and high quality food.
