Roll Away...

I like serving Vietnamese spring rolls as a meal in itself. Thanks to the culinary wisdom of a friend, all I need to do is to prepare an assortment of raw julienned vegetables, blanched prawns, a fish sauce based dip and the rest is up to the imagination of each individual to create their own masterpieces.

Afterall, fun food makes for happy living:)
